Incorrect address
You will be charged for all shipping costs to reship the items if you provide an incorrect address after checkout and they are returned to us. contact@ebbfa.us .
Change of address
If you need to change the shipping address for your product, please contact us at contact@ebbfa.us or by phone at +33 7 57 05 86 90 within 24 hours of completing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once shipping is in progress.
Cancellations
If you change your mind after confirming the purchase and wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of completing the transaction. Once the transaction is delivered, you can return the order by consulting our return policy.
Items damaged during transport
If you find that your goods have been damaged or broken during delivery, please contact us immediately, take a clear photo of the damaged or broken product, and send it to our customer service by email at contact@ebbfa.us . and ask for a free exchange or refund.
